Política de reembolso

Everything we make at Odcaf Express is custom printed to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges once an order has been printed. If something isn't right with your order, please contact us — we'll make it right.

Proofs and approval

Please check spelling, grammar, size, layout and design carefully before you approve your artwork or proof.

If a proof with errors is approved, the cost of reprinting is the customer's responsibility.

We print your files as provided and only adjust them to the size ordered, unless you ask us to edit them. Print quality depends on the quality of the images you send.

Colors

Printed colors can look different from what you see on screen because of screen settings and resolution. We do our best to match your design. If an exact color match is important, please ask for one before you place your order.

Errors or damage on our side

If your order has a printing error or damage caused by us, contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery with your order number and photos. Please keep or return the items so we can check them. Once we verify the problem, we'll reprint or replace your order, or issue a refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund as long as it hasn't gone into production. Once printing has started, the order can't be canceled.

Design service

Design work starts once your order is placed. Designs we create, edit or adjust for an order remain the property of Odcaf Express LLC unless a transfer fee is paid.

Apparel care

Follow the care instructions for your garment. We are not responsible for damage caused by washing or drying methods, bleach or other chemicals.

Pickup

Please wait for your ready notification before coming to pick up, and pick up your order within your pickup window. We are not responsible for delays caused by late pickups.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card company to post the refund.
