Custom sizes

Need a size that isn’t listed? Tick “Custom size” above and type your width and height. Larger than 120 × 96 in? Call us for a quote.

  • Full size + 1/8 in bleed

    Make your file the full banner size plus 1/8 in bleed. Scaled-down files are fine if they keep the same proportions.

  • Safe zone

    Keep text and logos at least 1 in from the edges — that’s where hems and grommets go.

  • Resolution

    100–150 DPI at full size is plenty for banners. PNG, JPG or PDF.

Can I use my banner outdoors?

Yes. Banners are printed with eco-solvent UV inks, so colors stay vibrant indoors and outdoors.

What are grommets and pole pockets?

Grommets are metal rings for hanging your banner with rope or zip ties. Pole pockets are sleeves sewn along the top or bottom for a pole. They apply to vinyl banners, not roll up or X-stand banners.

Do you print custom sizes?

Yes. Tick “Custom size” under the size buttons, type your width and height in inches, and the price shows right away. Custom sizes are priced per square foot. For banners larger than 120 × 96 in, call us for a quote.

What file should I upload?

A file at the full banner size (or the same proportions) with 1/8 in bleed. Keep text at least 1 in from the edges.
