About sizes: Sizes are measured on the design itself, not the garment. Unless you choose Exact size, we use standard placement sizes and position the print by eye to fit your garment. The same print looks bigger on a small or youth shirt and smaller on a 3XL. Maximum print size is 11″ × 15″.

3When do you need it?

Orders placed after 3 PM ET, or on a day we’re closed, start the next business day. We’ll notify you when your prints are ready. Open Tuesday–Friday 11 AM–7 PM and Saturday 11 AM–6 PM. Closed Sunday and Monday.

4How many garments?

Same design and placement on each garment. For different designs, add another order.

    Not sure how big to go? These are the typical sizes we use for adult garments. Maximum print size is 11″ wide × 15″ tall.

      10–11″ wide

      Up to 15″ tall. Most popular for adult tees.

    • Center chest

      4–7″ wide

      Small logo or text in the middle.

    • Left / right chest

      3–4″ wide

      Classic logo spot.

    • Hoodie front

      9–11″ wide

      Sits above the pocket.

    • Full back

      10–11″ wide

      Up to 15″ tall.

    • Upper back

      8–10″ wide × 2–4″ tall

    Need a specific size? Turn on “I need an exact print size” for that design and type the width or height — we’ll print it at exactly that size. Otherwise we use standard sizing and match placement to your garment by eye. Sizes are measured on the design, not the garment, so the same print looks bigger on a small shirt and smaller on a 3XL.

      Same day: order by 3 PM ET, ready around 6 PM. Or drop off your garment and pick it up by 4 PM the next business day.

      Bring your garment

      Come in with your own shirt, hoodie or long sleeve once we let you know your prints are ready.

      We press it

      We print your design with DTF and heat-press it for a vibrant, durable finish.

    Next day (drop off)

    Drop off your garment and it’s typically ready by 4 PM the next business day.

    Bring your garment clean and dry, and please wait for your ready notification before coming in.

    How much does it cost?

    $11.39 per garment includes your first print location. Extra locations (back or sleeves) cost a little more — the current prices are shown at the top of this page, and your total updates as you add designs.

    What garments can I bring?

    T-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies and sweatshirts in cotton, cotton/poly blends or polyester. Bring it clean and dry. If you’re not sure about a fabric, call us before you order.

    What file should I upload?

    A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background works best. JPG and WEBP are accepted too. The designer shows a quality badge — if it says low resolution, make the design smaller or upload a sharper file.

    Can I get an exact print size?

    Yes. In the designer, turn on “I need an exact print size” for that design and type the width or height in inches — the other side follows your artwork’s proportions. We’ll print it at exactly that size. If you don’t choose an exact size, we use standard placement sizes (see the chart above) and position it by eye to fit your garment. The largest print we can do is 11″ wide × 15″ tall.

    Is the preview exactly how it will look?

    The preview shows the size and placement of your design. Final placement is matched by hand to your garment, and colors on screen can look slightly different from the print.

    Same day vs next day — what’s the difference?

    Same day: orders and files received by 3 PM ET are typically ready around 6 PM the same business day — bring your garment and we press it while you wait. Next day: drop off your garment and it’s typically ready by 4 PM the next business day.

    Can I order more than one garment?

    Yes — set the number of garments in step 4. Each one gets the same design and placement. For different designs, add a separate order to your cart.
