One file, black ink
Upload one file for the front of your form. Both parts (white and yellow) print the same design in black ink.

Make your file 5.5 × 8.5 in — it’s trimmed to 5.38 × 8.38 in, so extend any background or borders to the edge of the file.

Safe zone
Keep text, lines and boxes at least 1/8 in inside the cut line so nothing gets trimmed off.

Forms print in black only. High-resolution PDF preferred; any color in your file prints as black or gray.

What are carbonless forms?
Carbonless (NCR — no carbon required) forms make an instant copy of whatever is written on the top sheet. Each 2-part set has a white original and a yellow copy, great for invoices, receipts, work orders and estimates.
Is the price per set? How do they come?
Yes — price is per set. 250 sets means 250 white originals plus 250 yellow copies. Sets are glued on top and delivered as loose sets, so they peel apart easily.
Can you print in color?
Carbonless forms print in black ink only. Any color in your file will print as black or shades of gray.
What size are the forms?
Make your file 5.5 × 8.5 in (half letter). The finished cut size is 5.38 × 8.38 in, so keep text and lines inside the green safe line. The upload preview works for portrait or landscape layouts.
I don’t have a design. Can you make one?
Yes — check “Design it for me” (+$15) and tell us what your form needs: business info, title and the fields or columns. You can upload your logo or a photo of your current form. We’ll contact you to confirm before printing.
How should I set up my file?
Design at 5.5 × 8.5 in in black. The form is trimmed to 5.38 × 8.38 in, so keep text and lines at least 1/8 in inside the cut line. PDF works best. Not sure? We check every file for free and will reach out if anything needs fixing.
When will my forms be ready?
3–5 business days after payment approval. For design orders, the time starts once you approve your design. Pick up in Fort Lauderdale or have them shipped.
